The Big Diet Lie and Why You're About To Become Diabetic and Sick...

Diabetes is rampant and has now reached epidemic proportions in the USA.  This is just a rather sad fact and it's due to the diet of modern society.  These days American's eat tons of processed foods that are full of chemicals, preservatives hidden sugars and saturated fats.

Sugar is an included ingredient in almost every packaged food you buy at your local grocery store.  Here's a little experiment, the next time you go shopping read the ingredients label and just try to find packaged foods that don't have sugars and fats.

I very much doubt that you'll be able to do it.  Sugar is in everything.  The big food companies add sugar to every packaged food because it stimulates hunger and keeps you buying more of their foods and that's the bottom line motivation that drives these food companies.

MONEY.  Not your health... MONEY.  In fact there two major corporate cabals working in unison against you.  The first is the food industry and the second is the medical industry.

Let's talk a little bit about the medical industry for a bit.  In my humble opinion the medical industry is just as disgusting as the food industry and just as guilty in preventing you from becoming free of this disease.

Why do I think this?  Well you may ask.  In my opinion the medical industry (Big Pharma) isn't interested in "curing" disease.  Their primary interest is in TREATING disease.  See, if you cure a disease you have lost a paying customer.  But if you treat someone's illness you have a customer for life.

Think about that and let that soak into your though process then ask yourself if it makes sense or not.  Fact is big pharma has been doing everything they can to price gouge diabetics on the price of their insulin treatments.

Insulin was discovered back in 1923 by Fredrick Banting and when he discovered it he refused to patent it because he wanted everyone that needed it to be able to have access to it.  He didn't want it to become a monetization model to make big pharma executives into billionaires - and yes, that's what's happening right now.  Diabetes treatments is making big pharma executives into billionaires.

Whenever there is that much money involved you MUST think about the ultimate motivating factors and underlying agendas of the big players involved.

The Real Secret Cause Of Diabetes?...

Guess what?.. IT'S NOT CARBS AND NOT SUGAR...

So what is it then?  There are tiny compounds force fat cells to spill into the bloodstream and clog up your vital organs, especially the pancreas, the liver and the heart. You probably already know that your pancreas is the organ that produces insulin, but when it’s clogged up with toxic fat, it can’t do its job and secrete insulin.

And insulin is what tells your cells to absorb sugar and energy from the foods you eat…
Without insulin, sugar stays in your bloodstream and your blood sugar creeps up and up, eventually leading to diabetes type 2.

This fat streams around the body, sticking to the liver and heart and even clogging the arteries as well...  Which explains why diabetics are at high risk of heart attack and often have fatty livers.

Now, the problem is that some of us can’t flush out foreign compounds like ceramides on our own… This is why some people get diabetes type 2 and others don’t.

Sure, losing some weight can help but it’s not enough for most people.
No matter how hard you try to fix your blood sugar, even if you exercise daily and eat next to no sugar and carbs, it’s near impossible to reverse diabetes type 2 unless you fix this one thing...

...Eliminate oils from your diet!  Common food oils such as Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Corn Oil, and seed oil such as Cottonseed Oil, Grapeseed Oil, etc.   It's very common to find these low grade oils in most of the processed foods you get at the store.  You MUST stop ingesting them NOW!

You would be surprised to learn how much of these toxic oils you ingest in any given month.  You need to start actually reading the labels on the foods you buy... or better yet, stop eating any foods that lave a list of ingredients - especially if you don't know what those ingredients are after you read them.

Mono Hydrogenated Dextro Glycene, bla bla bla.  All those long confusing names... STOP EATING THEM!!!   I know this may be hard but you need to start eating natural foods.  No processed foods with a long list of ingredients.  

If you do buy foods that have a list of ingredients make sure you understand every ingredient without having to Google it.

Next, The Thing You Never Think About...

In a word, it's FIBER.   Yes, fiber... the stuff you never really give any thought to.  Fact is that back 100 years ago our foods were rich in fiber and we got plenty of it in our regular diet.  But our modern processed GMO foods have very little natural fiber in them.

Fiber naturally helps regulate the body's use of sugars helping to keep hunger and blood sugar in check.  We need about 25 to 35 grams of fiber a day to maintain good health but today most Americans only get about 15 grams or less a day.

This leads to obesity and disease pure and simple.  To get fiber in your diet you should add whole grains, fresh fruits, raw unprocessed vegetables, legumes and nuts to your steady intake of foods.

Example, if you like pasta instead of eating the usual processed flour pasts get natural whole grain pasta and instead of using a jar of processed pasta sauce try getting some pure tomato paste - mixing with water, natural vegetable broth and garlic.

No harmful oils, chemicals or additives that can build up in your tissues and cause obesity and disease.  I think you'll find that you like the taste even better than the toxic processed junk that you may have been eating.

Now that you have reset your mindset about your food intake be sure to stick to it and give yourself at least two full months to allow your body to acclimate.  You will find that your body will naturally drop pounds and you'll stop having hunger cravings all together.

Remember, you have been eating processed garbage for years, it's going to take a little time for your system to detoxify and reset.
