In a word, it's FIBER. Yes, fiber... the stuff you never really give any thought to. Fact is that back 100 years ago our foods were rich in fiber and we got plenty of it in our regular diet. But our modern processed GMO foods have very little natural fiber in them.
Fiber naturally helps regulate the body's use of sugars helping to keep hunger and blood sugar in check. We need about 25 to 35 grams of fiber a day to maintain good health but today most Americans only get about 15 grams or less a day.
This leads to obesity and disease pure and simple. To get fiber in your diet you should add whole grains, fresh fruits, raw unprocessed vegetables, legumes and nuts to your steady intake of foods.
Example, if you like pasta instead of eating the usual processed flour pasts get natural whole grain pasta and instead of using a jar of processed pasta sauce try getting some pure tomato paste - mixing with water, natural vegetable broth and garlic.
No harmful oils, chemicals or additives that can build up in your tissues and cause obesity and disease. I think you'll find that you like the taste even better than the toxic processed junk that you may have been eating.
Now that you have reset your mindset about your food intake be sure to stick to it and give yourself at least two full months to allow your body to acclimate. You will find that your body will naturally drop pounds and you'll stop having hunger cravings all together.
Remember, you have been eating processed garbage for years, it's going to take a little time for your system to detoxify and reset.
